Foaled 1755, Great Britain. Bred by Mr. Warren. King's Plate winner He was a big, bright bay horse, very nearly 16 hands high, and very strongly made. http://www.tbheritage.com/Portraits/Fearnought.html imported to Va. by Mr. John Baylor in 1764. His daughter Black Selima was bred by Col. Tasker, MD. Black Selima's dam Selima was bred by Lord Craven in G.B. and imported to Md. by Col. Tasker. Died Fall 1776, age 21 years, Greenville VA. This was the very best horse of all the early importations.
