Foaled February 11, 1930. Imported to England, then to the US in 1937 by General J M Dickinson A Champion Arab mare, 1st prize mare over 3 years and 4th prize under saddle (all other prize winners being stallions) at the Illinois State Fair in 1937. A wonderful pleasure and performance horse, much used for family pleasure and show. Dam of 12 registered purebreds in the US, five fillies and seven colts, two were gelded. NB: Someone changed the sire to the Medwin x Bibi Kohejlan recently, which is wrong. This Zulejma's sire is the desert bred Kohejlan. Owner: General J. M. Dickinson, Traveler's Rest Arabian Stud, Franklin, Tennessee. Breeder: Janow Podlaski State Stud Purchased from Radziki-Male Stud of Tadeusz Gniazdowski by J. M. Dickinson.
